Interesting, the British set up teaching hospitals in India to feed the expanding healthcare system in the UK back in the sixties, perhaps the US could do similar in Mexico ;o) I see they are trying it again http://www.nhs.uk/nhsmagazine/archive/oct/feat10.asp
