At the same time, one doesn't have to be a creationist to reject genetic reductionism. And I don't mean just in studying human behavior, but in studying evolution generally. There are perspectives other than that of Dawkins, however popular that perspective may be.

For example, we are homo sapiens rather than (say) Irish Elk because of genetics! Or to use St. Thomas's example of what God could not do, neither God nor environment (culture) can turn a human into an ass. (The double entendre was better when we could use "man" instead of "human.")
