[lbo-talk] Administrivia: list outage today

I crossed wires with Doug about who would let y'all know, but the
machine that the list runs on was taken down to upgrade the hardware a
bit.  Not bad: it's been almost 500 days of uptime prior to this (Feb
15, 2003 was the last downtime, also for an upgrade).  Sorry for the few
hours of silence; I hope you took advantage of it :-)
