How many school board races have the Green entered? How many have they 
won?

School board elections are tailor-made for an insurgent political 
group. Part of the proof that the Green don't have the skills to pay 
the bills is that they've wasted so much time dicking around with races 
they can't win (in my opinion, in order to avoid the hard, impure work 
of actually holding and exercising power).
