Peter Camejo summed it up best when he complained that voters did not have the opportunity to follow their hearts in this election. Since when were elections supopsed to satisfy the desires of one's heart?
The left's "faith" is in pursuing individual fetishes as manifested by "one's heart's desires" (whatever those may be). This emphasis on desire satisfaction by some leftists makes them almost indistinguishable from Republicans and their mantra of "more, ever more."
