Gotta be careful on this, considering the news stories about groups like 
ACORN getting false registration forums in because of the 
"bounty-hunting" methods of $2.00 per registration forum and the 
incentive it causes towards making fake registrations.  Not as bad of 
fraud as the Oregon/Nevada crap the repugs pulled, but I'm sure there is 
a bit of an over-estimate in dem enrollment---

I would imagine this isn't *that* widespread and the numbers are still 
good---I hope!
