Richard Winger's Ballot Access News has nothing to do with "The 
Ballot Project, Inc."  Winger is a libertarian and well-known 
advocate of liberalization of ballot access; and he has been 
consistently critical of the Democratic Party's attacks on Nader's 
and others' ballot access efforts.  Check out Ballot Access News at 
<http://ballot-access.org/> -- it's a very informative publication 
worthy of support.
