True, but that is no danger to capital as such! Remember, capitalism _really is_, within certain frameworks, about creative destruction. Some capitalists are among the destroyed (and it is incidental to capital as such either that a few capitalists or millions of non-capitalists are destroyed).
So what if (say) Microsoft and Intel went down the tubes! Probably it would give a big boost to capitalism in the u.s.
