Any attempt to ground law in something else than the law itself is a wild goose chase.

Oh, bullshit! God, this is exactly the kind of crap that keeps the left from escaping our self-policed ghetto. Gandhi, a lawyer, knew what every sane ordinary Joe and Jill knows: The law is slippery, but it generally relates to hard realities that are highly susceptible to ethical analysis and rule-making.

You should only break laws that are unjust, which, for you postmodern lunkheads, means: Only violate laws that exist to perpetuate unjust power. Those laws are not the majority of laws in most places. Speed limits are good. Telling people it's not socially tolerated to steal or rape children is also indisputably good.

Grow up, people. Turn off your bullshit factories.
