I would interpret that as saying _All_ Muslims have that problem. That is a lie and it is unforgivable bigotry.
Muslims as such do not have any problem whatsoever, anymore than any other group does. The essence of bigotry is equating an individual with the group of which he/she is a member.
And the only Muslim group relevant here is the MSA. So why the hell is this bigot responding to that particular organization by making a statement about Muslims in general.
And this is not friendly fire because no bigot is a friend.
