the msnbc crew -- matthews, mitchell, meacham, reagan [sic], and scarborough, seemed to score it for kerry. scarborough, the real conservative in that group, was the one who came out and said he couldn't understand not seeing it as a clear win ("on points") for kerry. he noted a number of ways bush was floundering, including asking for an extra 30 seconds and then repeating himself and not even using all 30 seconds. he did that more than once.
it will be interesting to see how the spin factor plays out over the next few days.
