Tony Smith and the conference's Program Committee have crafted an outstanding program with more than sixty panels to address a broad array of vitally pressing issues. RPA Co-coordinators, Mecke Nagel and Anatole Anton, continue to arrange for prominent guest speakers for the conference's four plenary sessions.
