The 2004 sixth biannual National RPA Conference-<BR>
"<B>Philosophy Against Empire"</B> at Howard University in Washington, DC November 4th-7th--is rapidly approaching. Tony Smith and the conference's Program Committee have crafted an outstanding program with more than sixty panels to address a broad array of vitally pressing issues. RPA Co-coordinators, Mecke Nagel and Anatole Anton, continue to arrange for prominent guest speakers for the conference's four plenary sessions. It's now time to pre-register for the conference and make your early plans to attend what is envisioned as an important theoretical and historic activist conference.
