CB: This formulation might cause problems since freedom of speech has been held to be subject , constitutionally, to time, place and manner restrictions. :>) Also, you wouldn't necessarily be able to have sex falsely in a crowded theatre that is not on fire, well not exactly.</FONT></HTML>
