and political instrument that has been the cause of death and
exploitation in the capitalistic societies of the earth. If he is one
for the transformation of the world, as he should be, and if he is not
stupid, in relation to to a method of approaching these vital issues,
the poet will not be opposed to the surrealist attitude. . .

To rebel! That is the immediate objective of poets! . . .The poetic
marvelous and the “unconscious” are the true inspirers of rebels and
poets!
