The whole thing is a joke if anyone bothers to read it. But it's part of
the continuing drill that no matter how bad it is in the U.S.....it's
worse in Russia. After all, in Russia the top 10% is making 15 times
more than the bottom 10%. What a joke. In the U.S. it's what 500 times?
