Otherwise, here's my problem:
1. I had to get another DSL provider.
2. My new provider has different mail servers...natch.
3. In my old NetScape mail world, I used two profiles: one for work, one for personal mail.
4. The one I used for personal mail was configured to use my old provider's mail servers.
5. It is not possible to edit these profiles; you can only add/delete. So I can't change the profile accessing mail from my old provider, to get mail from my new provider. I can only create a new profile.
6. Now I don't know how to get the new profile to see/access mail that is part of a different profile? I need to have access to old mail and email addresses.
7. It's all Netscape mail.......? ...so it should be possible.
8. Since the old provider is gone, I can't launch Netscape under that old profile and mail myself the mail I have filed in the old profile's folders.
9. I have different user names in the two profiles because the two providers are different: as in jbujes at covad.net and 123hop at comcast.net.
If you know something about this, please write me offline.
Hey, ravi, is this the time to get Mozilla???? Would that do me any good?
