Stallman could call himself a kumquat, and that wouldn't change the fact that open source software is an example of Marxist economic production. (A person doesn't have to self-identify as a Marxist to engage in Marxist economic production!) Sure, you can call it anarchist production if you prefer, but it's a meaningless distinction.
