A lot of insured people don't get it either. And a lot of people who are eligible for insurance don't get it.

Sarah Shuptrine, national director for the Covering Kids and Families program by the foundation, shared her stance on the situation saying, "There are millions of children who are eligible for Medicaid and the State Children's Health Insurance Program, but who are not enrolled. These are uninsured children who are needlessly uninsured."

One of every 10 children in Utah is uninsured; that's 70,000 young Utahns. But most of those qualify for help through Medicaid or CHIP -- the Children's Health Insurance Program.
