This morning's Democracy Now reported the (2000) occurrence of a blocking of the chain of military intelligence wrt an al-quaeda cell that included many of the participants in sept eleventh. I missed many of the details. But the application of a 'block' has always seemed to be pivotal to the establishment of a conspiracy.
