It's absolutely illegal to lip-synch a live performance in the U.S. without voluminous notice to the audience well in advance of the show, like in the promotional material and adverts.

Otherwise, it's called fraud, a criminal act.

Doesn't Turkmenistan deserve THAT part of American Democracy?

The part that protects it's citizens from ripoffs...
