I'm not quite sure what that article is saying. I started "Voyage to the 
End of the Night" in French and thought it was absolutely gorgeous 
writing ....and interesting as philosophical commentary too. Very hard 
to read in French though, since it is written in a vernacular as sinewy, 
poetic, and slangy as Villion's. I can't say much about his "fascism" 
without reading more of his work.
