CCTV cameras to be installed in mosques
ISLAMABAD: Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao, the federal minister for Interior, has directed the capital administration to install close-circuit TV cameras in mosques to reinforce security, according to private television channel. Sherpao held a meeting with local administrations and senior police officers on Wednesday to review the prevailing law and order situation and security measures taken by the police. Syed Kamal Shah, the secretary of Interior, was also present in the meeting. Sherpao directed the local administration on the security of mosques particularly during Jumma prayers.
