Speaking of Venezuela, great full-page ad in today's NYT from 
Citgo/PDVSA touting their cheap heating oil for Massachusetts 
program. Heavy on the charity not politics line, and flattering 
towards American generosity (they're just returning the favor), but 
also some good stuff about how oil money is being used to promote 
social development in Venez and across LatAm.
