Clearly you've never taken a tour of the archives of the Awful Plastic 
Surgery website  <http://www.awfulplasticsurgery.com/archives/000351.html>.  
It's sort of a contemporary version of the famed Mütter Museum of historical 
medical anomalies at the the College of Physicians of Philadelphia 
<http://www.riccomaresca.com/Exhibitions/2002/Mutter2002/MutterMuseumShow.htm> 
-- the difference being that Mütter mainly features cruelties that nature 
has inflicted on people, whereas the plastic surgery site shows horrors that 
people have done *to themselves* ... all in the name of vanity.
