If anyone's around, can you tell me if this link is working?

Client's telling me that he can't get anything at the links I'm sending to 
him. He clicks and his computer makes a ticking noise, but the browser 
doesn't come up. But, he can open linksother people send him.

Of course, the link he opened was a WAV file. But it's still making me feel 
as if I'm insane! :)
