Aren't teen pregancy rates down? I love it when the administration and its apologists tout this figure (it's all because the Bush years have begun to roll back the moral decay of the Clinton era, you see), and then meanwhile we have sensationalist stories from people like Katie Couric about how teenagers are supposedly engaging in rampant oral sex. Higher rates of oral sex and lower rates of teen pregnancy are apparently not at all connected in this view.
