I have the solution to the pornography problem that will both cripple the "industry" side and keep people who actually want to produce porn for personal expression free to do so.

Give a person the non-transferable copyright to any image of her naked body. This means, for example, that the Janet Jacksons of the world could flash themselves all over the media if they thought it helped their careers but that they would retain the copyright to those pictures and if they felt like they weren't getting their share of the tabloid sales they generated, they could sue. Jenna Jameson could produce her own porn of herself and Larry Flint could publish it but he could never have a monopoly on distribution because the women whose naked bodies he relies on could claim a share whenever they felt like it.

The wrong construction is "porn is wrong because of the underlying relations of production". The underlying relations of production are wrong. Porn, like all dirty industries, just makes that very obvious. If people want to create porn free of economic tyranny, that's their business.
