The rich feel they're "under assault" by the media
because Paris Hilton et. al get. a lot of exposure?
Time to get out the world's tiniest violin and start
playing it.

This does, however, remind of a quote from Angela
Carter's fascinating book, _The Sadeian Woman_: "[The
rich] are in exile from the world in their abominable
privilege, at the same time as they control the
world." But, of course, no one forces you to be rich
and thereby endure all the, uh, "misery" ro exile that
comes with it.
