I would also like to add that I really appreciate that this list remained, for the most part, silent on this issue. There are certain moments in life when one simply pauses, reflects on the meaning of life and death, and remains silent - for nothing that can be said really matters or changes anything. This execution, and the Terry Schiavo case , are such situations.
