"Execution is state sanctioned murder, call it what it is." ******************* Look, this country has just killed at least thirty thousand people in Iraq for no reason whatsoever. If Williams "deserves" to die for his crimes, so do Bush and every member of his regime. If justice is something that is served only to those who are poor and black, then we're not talking about justice at all, just a circus to placate the visceral rage of the masses and make sure it's vented on appropriate victims.

First degree murder is both willful and premeditated, meaning that it is committed after planning or "lying in wait" for the victim. Iraq?
An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth : the State legalizes premeditated murder for the first degree murderer. Religiously inspired laws of the Bronze Age still weigh heavily on many a person's sense of right and wrong.
