I support the strike and hope it succeeds. It is,
however, illegal. Even if you think that a union must
sometimes do illegal things to get anyway, what
exactly do you experct the state's chief law
enforcement officer to do? It's either do what he did,
or quit. Maybe he ought to have quit, but on balance,
given the other things he's been doing, that would be
rather sad if noble. And pointless, because he would
be replaced by someone else who would enforce the law.
