Doug indeed does a good job and I heed his words, too. I run my own list on Russia - it is not easy. Chris Doss is a valued member of the group.
I am shocked at times how some on my list will post the most off-beat stuff just to see the post come into their inbox later. For others, it is a forum just to pick a fight. For most, my list is a great place to discuss issues related to Russia.
These kinds of lists are a form of democracy, but "checks and balances" are needed and the "high court" is the moderator.
