This used to be one of my arguments why prostitution couldn't be
considered "just another job", because such a possibility of
dole-office-pimping is so obviously wrong.  Depressing to be overtaken
by events, but this seems to be unintended consequences as much as
policy.  I'd hope this wouldn't survive a challenge under the ECHR,
anyway.
