Bastards!

(CNN) -- A photograph posted on an Islamist Web site appears to be that of an action figure and not a U.S. soldier being held hostage.

Not so fast. Cody may be on the lam.
Unless Special Op Cody came in a multitude of complexions and facial features (the "box set" has a narrower face), it is easy to discern the dummys are different.
The picture resolution doesn't allow one to visually distinguish whether the "hostage" is real, or perhaps some other action figure, though.
Two comments: No buge at all in the crotch. Kinda unusual in a situation where the pants are military cotton, and jocks with cups are almost de rigeur.
2nd comment: No shoe laces, and I can't discern any metal lacing eyelets, or speed-lacers on the boots, and I know that's not right.
I'm almost positive that it's a dummy, but I think Dragon Models is basking in some free unearned publicity... Now THAT'S the American Way!
