You may be right, but I don't know enough about China. When I wrote about the threats to China's territorial integrity in Xinjiang and Tibet, I wasn't proposing any scenario of my own. I don't have much interest in scenarios as such, since "the value of most scenarios is diminished by the undecidability inherent in such efforts."
