Woops.  I meant to say the invasion of Iraq ISN'T intended to provide...

Which, while I'm at it, could mean chaos is not an unintended consequence of 
the U.S. occupation but one of the goals.  In short, Jr's over there making 
sure Grandma pays more at the pump.
