Miles, this is absurd. You're playing with words. And worse than that, you're playing with words whose meanings you are not willing to examine. Your natural diversity/cultural diversity analogy is shoddy and misleading.
Respect for the integrity of the human body and compassion for those in pain is an essential aspect of any culture that would have any chance of survival.
