No, ABCF and ABCN are two different organizations. The Anarchist Black Cross Federation is the older organization. They have published pamphlets on using guns and they promote the idea of radicals obtaining and learning how to use guns.
But this stuff is old news, like 5 years old, so it's kind of weird that the FBI is talking about them.
