Sort of like someone who actually tells people to vote once a day -- when they're the ones in the running. You're right: we have guilty consciences and feel wrong when we play dirty -- I guess. Don't know what else explains it.
I have a google bombing trick I was thinking of, if anyone's interested. I think it would be quite a blast--the most important reason for doing it: it's FUN. but also, it's would be an interesting examination of information networks on the left.
