Nonsense. No one ever asks how much Forida, Arizona, or Colorado depends on tourism? Are you hinting that unless Cuba is totally isolated from the rest of the world its huge achievements don't really count?

Are you aware of the subsidies u.s. sugar growers have been receiving for 70 years in order for them to compete with Cuba -- even after trade with Cuba was stopped? What proportion of pre-Castro Cuba's gnp was a result of mafia business?

These endless niggling little questions about Cuba are nauseating, and those asking them ought to go bathe in the newest sewer to clean up.
