agreed, and if several million people sat on their asses doing nothing for awhile, it might lead them to better lives, while saving society a helluva lot of waste via traffic, fuel , fatalities, meaningless consumption, meaningless work, etc.
the notion that liberating people from pointless toil is the devil's work goes pretty deep in the psyche, including the collective consciouness (?) of would be revolutionaries...
