Get MDC's latest LP "Magnus Dominus Corpus." For those who don't know, MDC are a punk band, have been around for over 20 years, started in Austin, TX, but relocated to the Left Coast. Plenty of great stuff for anyone who's lost faith in rock n' roll's ability to stick it to those in power.

>From "The Ballad of G.W." [a take on the Beverly
Hillbillies theme, but about Bush], to "Founding Fathers," to "Girl, You Make Me Feel Like a Queer," to "Let's Kill all the Cops," there's something to tickle everyone's anti-establishment fancy here. Seriously. This is great stuff. Goes from fast hardcore punk to bluesy rock, to mock country ballads, etc. One of the best albums of 2004. There's a lot of other stuff int his vein, but this stands out, so I thought i'd pass along the recommendation for those wishing to keep their "fingers on the pulse," etc.

You can buy it here: http://www.interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=104695&

Or get it off Soulseek [www.slsknet.org]
