This is just revolting beyond belief. Finkelstein recently posted an excerpt from a "political memoir in progress", from which Dershowitz took the "how else would she have survived?" quote. To say it's taken out of context is an understatement. This is disgusting. The man has no sense of shame at all.
And most unfortunately, it appears that University of California Press might not publish Beyond Chutzpah after all.
