Surely, Iraqis are not being oppressed because they are muslims. Why do they believe that _muslims_ are being oppressed everywhere?

Pakistani jihadi groups are also angry about Indian treatment of Kashmiri, Chinese treatment of Uighurs and Russian treatment of Chechens.(When Musharraf visited Beijing last year, Chinese leaders told him about Uighur terrorists infiltrating Xinjiang from Pakistan.) Why their struggle against injustice is not based on secular ideologies and why do they resort to terrorism?

The reality is that Pakistanis have been denied elementary political rights in Pakistan itself, since Pakistan has been ruled by the military over long period. They don't think it's necessary to do anything about it?
