On second thoughts, Michael Pugliese may be presenting a more 
reasonable claim -- "Iraqi guerrillas kill more Iraqi civilians than 
US troops" -- than what I thought was his claim: "Iraqi guerrillas 
kill more civilians than US troops do."  If Michael is simply making 
the former claim, I'd agree with him, but, in the eyes of Iraqis, 
what matters more than that is probably whether US troops are killing 
more Iraqi civilians than Iraqi guerrillas do.  All available 
evidence is that they are.
