Michael,

I live in Dallas, TX., and would love for at least 30% of the residents of Dallas to understand that Dallas was originally founded as a Utopian Socialist colony of "Le Reunion" of French followers of the French utopian socialist Victor Considerant. How likely do you think it is that they are aware of that, much less would consider that fact seriously? Even though we have things like "Reunion Arena" which pay homage to that? They don't care.

The women's museum here in Dallas also pays homage to Socialist/Communist labor organizers like Emma Tenayuca, a female latina labor organizer. No one here gives a shit. They don't even realize that the amusement park "Six Flags over Texas" includes the French Flag.
