I said I simply understood what he was getting at. You do feel that way, at least I did, though not in such literal Man In The Sky terms (which I don't believe in, btw). It was the first time that I'd felt connected to everything with such force and clarity. And the thing is, that wasn't the reason I'd ingested them. My friend had some and I hadn't ever done them, and so . . .

I used to believe that, too. Indeed, I did so almost militantly. Can't say that I do anymore -- still exploring and asking questions. But not all of this came from eating mushrooms. I've had other, non-drug experiences that have pushed me into new (for me) territory. Would elaborate, but I doubt the list would find it convincing or even interesting. Which is fine. I dunno if I do! But I may blog about it, or write about it in another forum.

And with that, I'm way overposted.
