I think you should put a teaser upone the web:   free Intro and a couple 
of chapters, and then ask folks who want to download the rest for $5.00 
via Paypal.

Then, when the stockmarket crashes, I think  you should change the title 
to something more appropriate ..... add one new chapter that talks about 
the crash and find another publisher.
