It's a damn good thing that the dean of US Latin American "containers," John 
Negroponte, has a prior commitment in Iraq and will be unable to apply that 
old black magic that he weaves so well to Chávez.  I would have to think 
that America's imperial goon squad is getting a bit stretched at this point.
