If you are able to make a pdf and send it via e-mail, why are you not
able to do the same with an e-book? Let the potential costumer look at
28% of the book before they decide on buying it - i.e. front & back
cover, table of content, index pages, and about 20 pages on the first
chapter. You could sell it on Amazon in their e-book section.
